Public Education
Strong schools start with students who are ready to learn.
When children come to school hungry, stressed, or unsupported, academics suffer. This is not because students don’t care, but because often the system does not meet them where they are.
I support practical, evidence-based policies that strengthen student supports, empower educators and parents, and remove barriers to learning.
Classrooms should be able to focus on education- not crisis management. Public education should open doors, not leave kids behind.
-
integrity & transparency
Public officials should serve the public, not special interests.
Hoosiers deserve to know who their elected officials answer to and why decisions are made. When transparency and accountability are missing, trust erodes, and communities are left out of the process.
I believe legislators should be clear about their values, accessible to the people they represent, and accountable for the decisions they make. Leadership requires honesty, openness, and a willingness to explain your choices, especially when they are difficult.
Integrity and transparency are not optional. They are the foundation of effective representation.

affordability
Hard work should be enough to build a stable life.
Across Indiana, the cost of everyday essentials (housing, groceries, healthcare, childcare, etc.) continues to rise, while many families feel stretched thinner each year. This is not about effort. Hoosiers are working hard, but the gap between what people earn and what things cost keeps growing.
I believe our state must focus on affordability, helping families keep up with the cost of living, and reducing the pressure that makes it harder to get ahead. When basic needs become unaffordable, economic security slips out of reach.
Affordability is not a luxury. It is the foundation of strong families and healthy communities.

Family Support
Strong families are the foundation of strong communities.
Across Indiana, many families rely on supports like childcare assistance, healthcare coverage, and nutrition programs to stay stable, especially as the cost of living continues to rise. When these supports are weakened or made harder to access, families feel the impact immediately.
I believe our state has a responsibility to ensure families have access to the resources they need to stay healthy, care for their children, and remain financially stable. Family support systems are not about dependency; they are about stability, dignity, and keeping people on their feet during real-life challenges.
When families are supported, communities are stronger, and opportunities become possible.

Jobs & Opportunity
Opportunity should allow Hoosiers not just to stay, but to thrive, in Indiana.
Building a stable life requires work that offers fair compensation, meaningful benefits, and room to grow. When jobs fall short of that, families struggle to put down roots, and talented workers are often pushed elsewhere.
I believe investing in people means valuing the work that holds our communities together, from educators and healthcare workers to skilled trades & service professionals. Access to affordable education and training is essential, but so is ensuring that the jobs Hoosiers are trained for provide stability and dignity.
An economy that thrives is one where people can build a future here, not feel pressured to leave to find opportunities.
